Participants in our flagship program apply through our website, and acceptance, receive minimal details beyond when to arrive and expect to leave – obviously stretching to 48 hours of time together. During this program, participants are thrust into experiences that are custom-designed based on their class composition, the region, and the goals of the individuals who attend.
Ideal for: anyone that’s been accused of being a disruptor, like it’s a bad thing. Most days you feel like you’re a lone wolf or maverick. You’re looking to shake things up without getting bogged down.

GovCity Labs is our professional and experimentation unit. Our Labs host and custom-design ultra-unique experiences based on local, state, and federal agency needs, career job roles, mission needs. From hackathons, to specific and role-targeted twists to our GovCity 48 experiences, to writing workshops, tutorials on best practices, and other creative approaches to everyday issues.
Ideal for: agencies and organizations seeking to develop their own innovation and cultural ecosystem or professionals seeking to network and grow within their specialized roles and responsibilities.
